The Fire Bomb is a minion spawned by the Bomb Devil, the Bomb Father, and the Fire Blight, all found within The Arena and by the Archmage of Flame and the Twilight Archmage found within The Shatters.

Stands still for a brief moment before exploding.
The Fire Bomb used in The Arena will spawn lava on the tile it is on. In addition, it will sometimes spawn Spreading Fire that moves around turning more tiles into lava. This only seems to happen if there isn’t much lava around the tile the bomb is on.

The bomb’s shots do a high amount of damage, and spawns lava upon explosion, so it’s best to shoot them before they explode.
In The Shatters, there’s nothing you can do to stop them to explode, they are invulnerable. Just run away.
