Notes
This upgraded version of Wand of the Bulwark takes a different approach of the weapon. It leaves a minefield of high damage bullets surronding the player. It uses burst fire mechanics.
Like its predecessor, it is best used as a swapout. Swap to this weapon, lay a minefield down, then switch to a normal wand. It can be useful for chasing enemies as you can drag them into the field.
