Strictly speaking, this is no wand at all, and rather blunt even for a channeling device. Yet its crude appearance belies a sophisticated tool of deterrence, a contrast very much in character for the spirits of the earth.

Notes
This powerful wand has a peculiar shot pattern that loosely resembles a peace symbol (☮). The shots go outwards and create a “ring”, because of the ring shaped pattern, it is technically possible to hit at least two shots at full range, however it is only possible to hit all shots if you are sitting on top of enemies, similar to the Staff of Extreme Prejudice. If you manage to hit all shots, this weapon completely outdamages Lumiaire.

If you’re able to hit two of the three shots it will outperform Lumiaire’s DPS at all Def, however it requires much more precise positioning to make effective use of the damage.
