Notes:
This shield provides no innate DEF bonus, relatively low damage despite its armor-piercing shots, and 0.5 less seconds of Stun that makes it more difficult to permastun targets. In exchange, it grants a significant SPD and DEF buff when used along with a passive SPD/VIT buff, which grants the user great mobility while making up for the previous DEF loss, albeit temporarily. Because of this, it’s highly effective for rushing, or when a sudden burst of mobility is needed to dodge an attack or retreat.

When the user is inflicted by Slowed, Confused, or Paralysis, the Cower Shield will fire an additional 5 shots, significantly increasing its damage and the ease of landing the Stun. Although this is unreliable as a main damage option, it can help escape from enemies in a pinch.
