This staff is an odd one. It is worse in any regard than the specialized staff would be. It has decent damage but sacrifices a bit too much for it. Oppressor’s Staff outdamages t12 only at ~60 def while being outdamaged by Tezcacoatl’s Tail at ~19 def on wizard, but the worst thing about this Staff is its abysmal projectile speed of 3,5 tiles per second compared to 18 of tiered staves and range of 5.6 tiles like of a tiered dagger. It may find its uses only if you don’t have Tezcacoatl’s Tail against heavily armored targets.
