The Staff of Yuletide Carols has stats equivalent to the T11 Staff of Astral Knowledge, and does fire two projectiles despite some initial mistaken belief that it had only one projectile and might therefore do less damage than its tier 11 counterpart.

This weapon, along with the other winter reskin T11 weapons, makes an annual seasonal appearance during Wintertime events. It drops wherever a Staff of Astral Knowledge would drop during the Winter season.
