Notes:

The Oppressor’s Staff outdamages the T13 Staff of the Vital Unity on Wizards and Necromancers at 72 defense; for Mystics, this threshold starts at 62 defense. Tezcacoatl’s Tail does a significantly better job at higher defenses, without the Oppressor’s Staff abysmal shot speed. Overall, this staff has little utility outside of being able to shoot through obstacles.
