The Purified Priest Set was the third themed set released, in Build 122.3 (Mar 2012).
This is a very tome-focused set, with the high WIS allowing a powerful purifying heal to be done, though losing the ability to hit multiple enemies with the wand is a high price to pay, and lack of particularly useful other stats means this set would likely not be chosen unless occupying a support role.
However, the Tome of Purification is widely used outside the set, being regarded as one of the best tomes in the game by many players.
