Read through the self-help information
Still have questions? There is a "Need More Help? Email us" link at the bottom of each topic. They will email their answer to you.
Once you email them you get to play a new game: the waiting game. It may be several days until you hear back from them. You will not get a confirmation email to acknowledge they received your request, and there is no way to follow up to see the status of your request. Also, they may never reply if your request is something the Support page already said they won't do, such as resurrect dead characters.
