Notes
The Chancellor’s Cranium is a well balanced offensive and defensive ring. It provides valuable defensive stats such as +120 HP and +6 DEF, while also providing a small stat bonus of +3 DEX and a proc which has the opportunity to do a large amount of DPS. Although there are better defensive rings and offensive rings alone, the mix of both can be utilised frequently.
