Notes
The Chancellor’s Cranium is a well balanced offensive and defensive ring. It provides valuable defensive stats such as +120 HP and +6 DEF, while also providing a small stat bonus of +3 DEX and a proc which has the opportunity to do a large amount of DPS. Although there are better defensive and offensive rings, the Cranium can serve as a highly effective balance between the two.
The cranium minion follows the player, simultaneously “zaps” all enemies within a 6 tile radius, and can do a maximum of 3,750 damage over its lifetime if a target stays in its range for the duration. Since it follows the player, it’s most effective if enemies stay near the user, but less effective at long range.
