Notes
This powerful wand has a peculiar shot patern that loosely reminds the peace symbol (☮), the shoots go outwards and create a “ring”, with that is technically possible to hit at least two shoots at full range (It would need a big open area for that to happen), however its only possible to hit all shoots sitting on top of enemies making it a Staff of Extreme Prejudice for Wand Classes thus it completely outdamages Lumiaire.
If you’re abble to hit 2/3 of the shoots it can rival Lumiaire’s DPS (Being slightly lower until 50+ Def), albeit being unpractical.
