Notes
This quiver costs 90 MP and slows for 5 seconds. This makes it a bit less efficient MP-wise than the T0 Magic Quiver when used for slowing a single target only. It also has less range than other quivers. However; the three shots make this quiver easy to aim and allow for more targets to be slowed. The quiver also offers supreme stat bonuses, just barely surpassing the T6 Quiver of Evlish Mastery DPS-wise.

History
Interestingly, despite only being obtainable from Winter events, it’s notable that this Quiver came before the Beehemoth Quivers, making this item not a reskin despite the fact it is indeed a Limited item.

- Collecting a stack of 50 Snowflake Tokens
- Dropping from Ice Tomb Event Chests
- Winter 2017 Nest Event Chests
- Collecting 4 stacks of 20 Primal Ice and trade in to the Tinkerer for Winter 2018.
Before Patch X.33.1.0 (May 2020), this item had a Feed Power of 700.
