This cloak is best used when rushing dungeons as it grants Speedy for 2 seconds and its duration of invisibility is equal to that of the Cloak of the Planewalker and the Cloak of Ghostly Concealment, otherwise known as the Tier 6 cloak. It also sees use when rushing events like the Cube God or the Skull Shrine for getting a few cloaked shots in before backing out and getting soulbound.
