Even though this staff have higher base damage than the Staff of the Cosmic Whole, it has a -20% rate of fire which that of making it even has lower DPS than even the Staff of Astral Knowledge. It seem to be useless and the range of this staff is 7.2 (Ouch), But however it deals more damage to enemies that has more than 55 DEF compared to Cosmic.
