Part of the Acidified Assassin Set.
This poison does not have any actual poison duration, just impact damage, making it great where you need to get damage in quick. Note that you still need to throw the venom, at the same delay as any tiered poison, and at a rather small radius. This also sacrifices the damage boost that most other poisons have.
This item scales with defense, an odd stat, but one that makes sense considering the rest of its ST set. Wearing the full Acidified Assassin Set would give you 60 DEF, or an impact of 1,330. This pairs well with the Toxic Terror proc, which requires taking damage to throw. The Twilight Gemstone also gives a rather high DEF while massively increasing ability usage (though using this over another poison is somewhat questionable).

Before Exalt Version 2.3.0.0 (Mar 2022), this item’s reactive proc and impact damage both dealt 650 damage. It also cost 105 MP to use.
