Notes
A highly offensive cloak designed to wreak as much havoc as possible while staying mobile, leaving behind explosions as you travel to deal high AoE damage. It also provides a good DEF boost to assist this combat-heavy nature.
While its invisibility duration takes a hit as a tradeoff, this cloak is very powerful. The AoE bursts fire off very quickly and have a large radius, allowing a Rogue to clear swathes of enemies while running through them. If one can time their cloak usage well, it can be used as an effective rushing tool, where any enemies you run through while rushing will be significantly wounded or outright killed, which is useful in solo play and for helping any of your teammates clean up the enemies you leave behind. In addition, if damage is what you seek, remaining within 3.5 tiles of a single enemy will deal massive damage - up to 4,000 damage over the full six seconds.
In boss battles, it can also be used to score some extra DPS on a boss while invisible, or to eliminate groups of minions. However, in a situation where mobility isn’t required, the Cloak of Bloody Surprises, while rarer, will likely allow for higher overall DPS.
Note that the trail of explosions left by the cloak lasts longer than both the invisibility and the cooldown, letting the player maintain a constant explosive trail.

Trivia
The Cloak almost exactly resembles the one worn by Squared Cuboid Rogues.
