The eyes orbit the Avatar of the Forgotten King for their entire life-time, each firing a large white bullet at the nearest player every few seconds, with compensation for their movement.

The first time the avatar spawns them, all they eyes will simultaneously fire, creating the illusion of a single bullet, when in reality it is a heavily stacked shot capable of, instantly killing any non-melee. Never stand stationary while close to the avatar during the first and second phases, you may not have the time to react.
They are spawned twice (first around 1/3 hp, and second at 1/2 hp) and will be revived by the Avatar once 1/2 or more are destroyed with an additional delay. Only once all of the eyes are killed, the phase will end.
