In comparison to the original Warmonger the damage values are greatly reduced, but equip stats remain the same.
Even when Out of Combat, it is outdamaged by the Bow of the Void at all DEF levels, the Clockwork Repeater at >7 DEF, and the Leaf Bow at >28 DEF (on an Archer with no buffs or equipment). When In Combat, it is worse than the Coral Bow.
It’s rather difficult to obtain due to the limited availability of the Rehersal Shatters. And thus this item will most likely stay a vanity item for a while.
