The T14 bow is an unreleased item not obtainable by players. Some bows were spawned in production by exploiters in November 2012, but they were deleted alongside other unreleased items.
In Release X.16.0, the bow and projectile sprites were changed to black squares to reflect the item’s status as unreleased.

Astonishing that a mortal would know of the Bow of Deep Enchantment. Very well, I shall tell you what I know. These bows are more ancient than even our own world, as the nightmatter that composes it was only present during the nebulae that formed the stars. Even the tiniest flaw would cause the nightmatter to eventually fade into stardust, so their existence alone shows the consummate skills of its creators.
