History
This dagger became infamous in Patch X.31.7.0 (May 2019) because of a bug that was overlooked upon the release of the Cursed Library. After the second boss of the dungeon, Corruption Phantom, was defeated, The Realm Eye would spawn, offering backstory to a range of prompts. If one were to say “Golden Dagger,” it would crash the entire realm that the dungeon was located in. This has since been patched.
As of Patch X.31.8.0 (Jul 2019), the Realm Eye’s description of the Golden Dagger was updated, referencing the ten-minute long disconnects that would occur due to the aforementioned error.
Before Exalt Version 1.1.0.0 (Sep 2020), this item had a damage of 30-90.
