This wand was first obtainable in the Halloween 2014 Event. It could also be found by using The Alchemist minigame, or the Zombie Horde event. It is a reskin of the T11 Wand of Ancient Warning.
In Release 27.7.X7 it dropped again in place of the T11 winter weapons which along with the other Halloween reskin weapons were made unsoulbound and tradeable.
