Part of the Skuld 2 The ReGhostening set.
This cloak offers an offensive playstyle as you can spellbomb targets like a Wizard or even help out the group by paralyzing targets. It is best used when you need to do damage from a distance especially as landing all your shots at your cursor will do considerable damage.
Please note that the cloak only provides invisiblity when you wear the full set and the invisiblity duration is very short.
