Fifty of these (one full stack) can be exchanged at The Tinkerer in the Forgotten Craftsmanship quest for one out of 8 blueprints of choice. This quest is repeatable (all blueprints could be claimed if player gathered enough schematics), and changes every two weeks, with items being replaced by the next 8 in a given order. A blueprint is available for every S tier item except for Incubation Mace.
Irradiance Sheath has recently appeared for the first time and it is unclear how it will play into rotations. In addition, as many items of The Shatters have been promoted to SS rank, it is unclear how that will work out.
A variant of this token available from more difficult bosses is the Ancient Schematic.

History
For the first two rotations, the cost of the quest was a 100 schematics (two full stacks) with only 4 blueprints available at a time.
On May 3 (2022), previously event exclusive Irradiance Sheath blueprint has appeared in a quest for the first time.
