Fifty of these (one full stack) can be exchanged at The Tinkerer in the Forgotten Craftsmanship quest for one out of up to 8 blueprints of choice. This quest is repeatable (all blueprints could be claimed if player gathered enough schematics), and changes every two weeks, with items being replaced by the next set of two rows in a given order. A blueprint is available for every S tier item except for Incubation Mace, along with many now-promoted SS items of the The Shatters.
A variant of this token available from more difficult bosses is the Ancient Schematic.

Items in the current rotation are highlighted in green, and run from Mar 7 (23) - Mar 21 (23).
Items in the next expected rotation are highlighted in blue, and should run from Mar 21 (23) - Apr 4 (23).
History
For the first two rotations, the cost of the quest was a 100 schematics (two full stacks) with only 4 blueprints available at a time.
On May 3 (2022), previously event exclusive Irradiance Sheath blueprint has appeared in a quest for the first time.
