This cloak has the unique ability of restoring health when being hit, but only while invisible, making it an ideal choice for dungeons where you are certain to get hit. Although the smaller heal can occur rapidly, the larger heal’s long cooldown make the cloak less of a “last resort” and more of a precautionary measure.
As the proc name implies, the health boost adds extra survivability as well: coupled with the Cloak’s passive 3 DEF, it can make Rogue exceedingly tanky.

On the flipside, it sacrifices a second of invisibility, as well as an extra 0.5 seconds of visibility once the cloak runs out. In addition, bosses that don’t shoot as much will likely not activate the cloak’s procs. Coupled with the loss of 5 dex and 5 spd - compared to the T6 Cloak of Ghostly Concealment - there may be times where a tiered cloak may be preferred.

Trivia
An earlier, unreleased version of this cloak used to give +15 ATT when used at high HP, +15 SPD when used at low HP, and +15 DEF when being hit while invisible.
