The Phantom Archer Set will be the fifteenth special themed set to be released.
Currently the set is soulbound and the bow and quiver drop in a white bag while the armor and ring drop in cyan bags.
Wearing the full set currently changes the shots from the bow and quiver. The set confers additional stat bonuses when all the items are worn together.
