This seal doesn’t increase HP or give Healing, only Damaging. However, it has special effects depending on the HP of the user when it’s activated - Armoring them when at lower HP, while granting a massive but short-lived ATT boost if used at higher HP. The Armored at lower health can be quite useful in sticky situations, but it’s the attack that matters.
The combination of Damaging and the ATT boost from the Counter ability is incredibly strong, but is only long enough to land one or two shots. It works well with Divinity, as one “shot” from the beams can easily deal upwards of 7000 damage. Regardless, this is one of two seals with any sort of ability-based damage, and the only one that still gives the Damaging status.
Obviously, this seal should not be used in situations where HP Boosts and Healing effects are important.
History
Before Exalt Version 1.2.1.0 (Nov 2020), this ability had a cooldown of 3 seconds, Stagger/Counter triggered below/above 400 HP, Counter’s ATT boost had a duration of 0.4 seconds, and the item gave no stats on equip.
