This wand was obtainable in the Halloween 2014 Event. It can also be found by using the Alchemist Minigame, or the Zombie Horde Halloween 2014 event. It is a reskin of the T11 wand, the Wand of Ancient Warning. As of Release 27.7.X7, it now drops again in place of the t11 winter weapons.
