The Phantom Archer Set was the seventeenth set tiered set to be released.
This set is more focused on survivability, providing a colossal amount of HP and a hefty bonus to DEF. While the offensive stats obtained from the set are fairly small, the Deathless Crossbow is still able to maintain decent DPS at the cost of lowered range - a penalty that can be mitigated with the set’s defenses. The quiver’s 
Speedy effect can also help with rushing, since the player also doesn’t have to worry as much about dodging shots.
Wearing the full set changes the shots from only the bow and not the quiver. The set confers additional stat bonuses when all the items are worn together.
