Notes
The Pirate King Warrior Set is the nineteenth special themed set to be released.
In addition to the stat bonuses this set provides, the weapon has extra range at the cost of shots being wavy and at 80% rate of fire, and the tricorne fires cannonballs upon taking 60 damage in one hit, every 6 seconds at most.
A warrior with WC tops and a Ring of the Pyramid would have 890 HP, 272 MP, 79 ATT, 63 DEF, 50 SPD, 50 DEX, 75 VIT, 50 WIS, making for a DPS of 3003-2653 (0-60 DEF). As this set provides an absolutely obscene amount of Attack, but also lowers DEX, its DPS is 3118-2950, slighly higher especially at higher DEF. As it also lowers speed, combined with the slower fire rate on the sword, Pirate King Warriors move and attack slowly, but can deal absurd amounts of damage packed into single shots with an extended range. The helmet doesn’t buff for as long, but can further increase burst damage by firing devastating cannon bursts in retaliation to attacks. As this set trades 12 DEF for a gain of 60 HP, survivability decreases when tanking multiple shots, which will be more likely due to the decreased speed, but packs an extra 110 MP to boost ability use. Therefore, this set can be seen as a small improvement on the WC tops, if one is willing to sacrifice mobility and rate of fire for extra range and somewhat improved DPS.
