The Mad God Mayhem is a dungeon that drops from the spirit of oryx during motmg. This dungeon is a boss rush dungeon that has four bosses. The first three rooms have one of two bosses, the first room is either gulplord or permafrost loard, the second is either Biff or the Nightmare colony and the third is either The Beekeeper or the The Puppet Master (Encore). The forth boss is the decaract, a horrifying monster the has 10 pentaract towers that must be killed in order to summon the main tower, the decaract spawns a terrifyingly large amount of eyeballs that do significant damage and can inflict the sick debuff. The decaract can instantly kill you if you allow its eyeballs the stack up.
