The Pirate Cave is one of the most common dungeons, if not the most, dropping from many enemies around the shoreline and lowlands at a high rate. The specific enemies that drop the Pirate Cave are shown above.
Pirate Rum is common drop from the Pirate Cave, dropping very frequently from Dreadstump the Pirate King and less frequently from the Pirate Admiral, Captain, Commander, and Lieutenant. It serves no other purpose other to inflict the 
Drunk debuff on the player.
The Corsair Ring is an early game ring providing +20 HP and +2 DEF. It is a common drop, dropping in a cyan bag from Deadstump and can serve as solid choice in very early levels.
Dreadstump has also has a low chance of dropping the First Mate’s Hook, the accessory piece to the Pirate King Warrior Set, a strong set that can be utilised mid-game.
The Scallywag Slurp Pet Skin is the most sought after item within the dungeon, dropping very rarely from only Dreadstump. Many players appreciate the novelty of it being a rare drop from a very common dungeon.
The Pirate Cave contains several shipwrecked ships and islands with interconnecting platforms, each full of pirates and pirate companions. Clearing these rooms will grant low-level characters a chance to find gear and gain EXP before moving to the boss area, a large ship detailed with red carpets and sails. Dreadstump can be found at the back of the ship, spawned with a handful of stronger minions.

If your Attack or Defense is low, it may be necessary to shoot his minions first to keep them out of the way. They are easy to kill and do not respawn, so your attention can then be focused on Dreadstump. Dodge his attacks and he should be finished quickly with a few well-placed blows. As the easiest dungeon boss in the realm, there’s not much to worry about except for standing on him. Just don’t be an idiot, and you’ll kill him.
The Pirate Cave is a good low level dungeon for introducing you to the basic structure of a dungeon. It can also provide decent XP for leveling up and some nice beginner gear.
